NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 22, 2022 at 7:00 P.M, the Zoning Hearing Board of West Goshen Township will conduct a public hearing at the Township Administration Building, 1025 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 on the application of: 

• RPMC Services, LLC to construct a new garage building on the property located at 813 West Chester Pike identified as tax parcel 52-5F-53 and located in the C-2 Commercial Shopping Center District. The Applicant requests variance relief from Section 84-22.F of the West Goshen Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a 21-foot building setback and Section 84-22.G of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a 5-foot side yard setback for the proposed garage.

 All interested persons are invited to attend subject to Township guidelines in place to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
