NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 25, 2022 at 7:00 P.M, the Zoning Hearing Board of West Goshen Township will conduct a public hearing at the Township Administration Building, 1025 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 on the following application:

• Application of the William and Christa Mitzelfelt for property located at 112 Trevor Drive, West Chester, PA 19380, identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 52-5C-23.07. The subject property consists of 0.208 acres improved with a single-family dwelling located in the R-3C Residential District. The Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 84-47(A) which requires a deck or patio to be minimum of 15 feet from a property line. The applicants proposed to construct a deck within 8 feet of the property line.
