In November 2022, the Board of Supervisors for West Goshen Township passed Ordinance 6-2022 which requires a Zoning Permit for the installation of a fence. The purpose behind this amendment to the Zoning Ordinance was to facilitate a zoning review to ensure that fences are not installed within the public right-of-way or in any way obstructing the clear sight triangle at intersections.
West Goshen Township Requirements for Fences:
