The Sustainability Advisory Committee is pleased to welcome new member Scott deLone. Scott, who has taught physics at Henderson High School for 13 years, has a deep and abiding interest in preserving the natural environment. He grew up in Wayne, graduated from Radnor High School, and attended Penn State, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in physics and minored in mathematics. In 2013, he went on to earn a Master of Science in Education from Temple University with a focus on science education. In addition to teaching full-time, Scott also worked as a counselor for five years at Bournelyf Special Camp in West Chester, served as assistant director for three years, and is now an advisory board member. He resides in West Goshen Township with his wife Jen, three dogs, and one cat. In his rare spare time Scott enjoys running, hiking with the dogs, and traveling.
