The West Goshen Fall Movie Series returns this fall to the J. Leon Hagerty Amphitheater at West Goshen Community Park at Fern Hill and N. Five Points Roads. All movies are FREE OF CHARGE and begin on the following Saturday evenings at 7:30 PM: September 18th, September 25th, October 2nd, October 9th, and October 16th. Guests are encouraged to bring a dry good item (soap, laundry detergent, diapers, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) for the West Chester Food Cupboard.
This year’s Fall Movie Series will feature family classics. West Goshen residents can vote for one movie from each of the following categories:
Disney Classic: Cinderella, Fantasia, or Snow White and the Seven Dwarves
Disney Renaissance: Beauty and the Beast (1991), The Lion King (1994), or The Little Mermaid (1989)
Pixar: The Incredibles, Monsters, Inc., or Toy Story
Spielberg: E.T., Jurassic Park, or Raiders of the Lost Ark
Superhero: Batman (1989), Superman (1978), or Wonder Woman (2017)
Votes can be submitted to Park and Recreation Director Ken Lehr at klehr@westgoshen.org through Monday, August 30th. Click here for the voting form. The final Fall Movie schedule will be announced the following week.
In the event of rain, movies would be shown in the West Goshen Township Administration Building at Paoli Pike and N. Five Points Road.
